All products sold both in our physical stores and on our website are covered by our exclusive 100% Satisfaction Guarantee (excluding special order/custom items). In the rare event that you're not fully satisfied with your purchase upon delivery, our company gladly accepts returns for exchange or refund within a 30-day period from the date of product delivery. Please note that refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item(s). Rest assured, our commitment to your satisfaction remains unchanged.

Next Steps:
- To obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, kindly submit a request within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order.
- Please ensure that any returns contain an RGA number and are in pristine condition, unused and devoid of any signs of wear or damage. Additionally, please ensure that all original packaging is included when returning the item.
- To process a return, it is necessary to include a duplicate of the initial sales receipt or packing slip. It is a mandatory requirement for all returned items.
- Make sure the RGA number is easily seen on the exterior of the shipping container.
- Returns cannot be accepted unless a valid RGA number is provided.
- Items that are sent back without prior contact with us will NOT be accepted.
- Returned items within a 30 to 90-day period will incur a restocking fee of 25%.
- Any items returned beyond the 90-day period will be ineligible for acceptance. Please make a note that items returned after 90 calendar days will not be accommodated.

Please note that all special or custom order items, such as tools & electrical items, are non-returnable unless there is a product defect identified by the manufacturer.
- Refunds for electrical items are subject to the inspection and/or re-testing of the product by its manufacturer. This process may take 30-60 calendar days to complete, and once it is finished, credit will be issued if the item is determined to have a manufacturer's defect.
- If you receive an item from us that is damaged or shipped incorrectly, please get in touch with us right away.
In the event that it is ascertained that the seller is not responsible, the customer bears the responsibility for covering the costs of return shipping on authorized returns. The customer must incur the charges related to return shipping on authorized returns if it is determined that the seller is not to blame.
